How long does it take to get the report after I have sent the payment & the questionnaire?
For US residents it can take upto 3 working days & for residents of all other countries it may take upto 4 working days. If we are unable to send you your report within the above mentioned period then you can either choose to (a) get a 100% refund (without the report) or (b) you can get a compensatory US$3 refund with the report. We work on a 5 day week, Monday to Friday. There may be, on certain occasions, other holidays for Christmas, New Year, Independence Day, etc.
